Responsable – I am Charles Owens ,the owner of Mobility Sales. The man that posted the preceding review asked me to alter the electronics on his foreign made scooter, that I do not sell, in an unsafe manner. For his own safety, I refused to do so.

don't waste your time – went there for electrical problem basic troubleshooting was adequate. went back a second time to have work performed, but they wouldn't accept the work because it was electrical. so guess this guy is in the wrong business. when an owner doesn't know how to fix what they sell, it's very likely they don't know what there selling or the quality of there products. i will take my business to reno. i have found no qualified mobility dealers or repair service in Carson City.
