Terrible service disgusting customer service discussing attitude from the owner provided wrong crutches. I advised that I had a wrist operation and couldn’t use novel crutches and still wouldn’t refund me the delivery fee of $50 which is extortionate.

We recently purchased a wheelchair from Mobility Rentals and Sales and had such a lovely experience. Although they were busy, Janice and Thomas were both so warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Thomas provided all the specifications and information we needed, he explained the different options clearly and made sure everything easy to understand.
