Shotty work. Have had nothing but issues since they installed my showers 2 years ago. Seems to be a lack of knowledge with the actual plumbing portion of the install. Cheap materials used that have had to be fixed since then. Have had to contract work to actual plumbers to fix mistakes the installers made. If I could leave them a 0 I would. Unless you enjoy spending money and then having to pay other people to come fix a companies work, I would go with someone else.
My mom had a shower put in, told them the shut off was on the pressure tank. Well they turned a valve instead and now the valve is leaking and now they won't even correct it. Wouldn't recommend. A worker screws up then the company should be responsible and repair it or pay for the repair.
My wife and I had a total shower stall totally gutted and replaced with a new shower stall, walls, ceiling, floor, shower door, floor, and plumbing. The results are beautiful and perfect. Jon who did the tear out and much of the prep the first two days went above and beyond in everything he did. My wife talked with him about the dust from the tear out contained to the bathroom.
