Excellent customer service from owner, Hani and brother. They can provide rental wheelchairs, manual and motorize, to try before purchasing. My relative is wheelchair bound so they bring the wheelchair to his place to test out. Since Mobility did not have the model he needed, Hani recommended another store that carry the model in their inventory. It's a testimony to their caring more for their customers' needs over their own. I would highly recommend you check out Mobility Powered Services first before other stores.

Great experience! Hani and her brother were so kind, great at answering all of my questions, and thorough in helping us understand how the chair works. They set it up for us before we arrived and even checked with the manufacturer to make sure the battery they gave us was new when it seemed like it might not be. Hani ordered the Whill chair for us with my additions and it arrived exactly when she said it would. Everything was smooth and easy which is rare. So happy to have this in my life!

Henny and her Brother took great care of me when I called Friday night to see if I could rent an electric chair. They had one and we met the next morning to pick it up and it was comfortable and easy to maneuver and just all around perfect. Thank you again Henny

Mobility Powered Services provided us with excellent service, information, and guidance when purchasing a new Whill wheel chair from them. The team, led by Hani, exemplified a can do attitude, relaxed sales atmosphere —letting the chair sell itself— and substantive answers to our questions. The price was fair with no haggling, and everything arrived as ordered. For example, they said the chair would arrive in about 3 days: it did. If I could write highlight 10 stars, I would! Hani and her team were so easy and accommodating to my family and I. Very professional and stress free process. This was a last minute rental and Hani was on it to ensure that our needs were met asap. Very patient and answered all of my questions before renting the wheelchair.
