Getting a custom made chair was an OK experience with Brian. The servicing afterwards is awful. The technicians may be OK, we dont know if as we only speak with the admin staff and the recent interactions have been very money focused. I absolutely understand the need to be paid, you cant even book a service tentatively without pre paying. I understand they insist on being paid before the work is done. Over promising and under delivering. Hurry to take full payment upfront and delays with delivery with lots of excuses. Finally the long awaited wheelchair doesn’t have the essential safety features we asked for. Do not recommend.
Been waiting almost 2 years for my chair. Awful communication. Dont reply to emails.
