Phil Zito, the owner of Mobility Plus in Solon, helped my family through an incredibly challenging time. My mother had an accident and subsequent surgery that left her non weight bearing for a prolonged time. There was no physical way for us to safely get my mom into and out of her home for the multiple doctors appointments that followed surgery. We were just in town for the day. My daughter just had knee surgery and she needed a way to get around. Mobility Plus had so many great options and they found the one that worked perfectly!

I would give 0 stars / report them as fraudulent. We hired MobilityPlus to install an ADA-accessible ramp at my brother’s house The ramp was partially installed and left in a state that was unusable and dangerous. The ramp went underneath tree branches, ended in a mulch pit where there is a large landscaping rock, and was severely misaligned with the paved path. The ramp was not ADA compliant given its steepness (slope of 1:6.85 vs 1:12 ADA minimum). This was despite the company measuring the site beforehand. Over subsequent... read more

I was in need of special equipment. Phil and his staff at Mobility Plus were so helpful even with having to back a second time to seek help.l due to own misinformation. Just amazing folks!!!!
