I had an amazing visit at next level dme in Sevierville. Jessica and William were awesome. I purchased a lift chair and needed it delivered that day. They personally delivered it and set it up and made sure I knew exactly how to operate it.

This family owned business was first class top tier service. We dealt with the owner on his day off. We had forgotten the key to my mother’s mobility chair in Georgia and she could not get around without it. We contacted the store which went straight to the owner‘s cell phone. This was on a Saturday it was his day off with his family. He came to Sevierville with his daughter to deliver us a key. We are forever grateful to this family.
