Super friendly and helpful! I had an employee who had an off-work injury that required her to use a wheelchair, so I came here to rent one until they could get insurance sorted out for a long-term solution. Vanessa helped me understand the options, talked me through buying vs renting, was an absolute charm in customer service, and made the entire experience super pleasant. Props to her! If you need mobility assistance, reach out to her and she'll take great care of you.

I rarely give one star ratings but this Business has earned it. The worst of the worst. My main issue was they don't return calls. Secondly I've had to get the Dr office involved twice in an attempt to get a Manual Wheelchair. They said their fax machine wasn't printing clearly but didn't bother to call the Dr's office back to inform them that portions of the fax was unreadable? And especially after 8 days? Unbelievable.
