The installers from Next Level recently placed grab bars in our shower and we don’t know how we’ve lived without them! The install was done quickly and no mess was left. We are looking forward to being safer in the most dangerous room in the house!

I stopped in approximately 2-3 weeks ago and I was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted by the General manager Megan. She was working alone that day and was swarmed with customers. Not only did she work with everyone equally and take care of everyone's needs but I witnessed her doing whatever it took to meet the needs of customers, from putting together new products to try, adjusting rollator handles, showing a lift chair to another customer, all while still answering the phone. My husband and I stopped by the store to get information on scooters today. We were met at the door by Katrina. Super friendly and helpful. Megan also helped us and is very knowledgeable about all the products. We decided to purchase a scooter after “test driving “ several. These wonderful ladies never rushed us or did any high pressure sales tactics. We could not be more pleased with our purchase and experience. This company has 2 very valuable employees. They really are “Next Level “ !
