Ben and staff traveled to Richmond to deliver and install my new bed. Their communications were great. They arrived promptly and navigated my building quickly, handling new obstacles well. They efficiently set up my bed, demonstrated it, and showed me a remote that had damage from the factory so I can make a claim. Everyone involved was friendly, professional, and made the process easy. Ben answered all my questions before leaving. A total pleasure to recommend!
Fantastic experience from initial contact all the way through delivery of the equipment. Ben was very knowledgeable and was very prompt returning messages which was very much appreciated since I live far away and was stressed about trying to find the right equipment for my family member. Ben smoothly guided me to the perfect solution and his Care specialist walked me through how to use the equipment. Highly recommend!
