Fantastic experience from initial contact all the way through delivery of the equipment. Ben was very knowledgeable and was very prompt returning messages which was very much appreciated since I live far away and was stressed about trying to find the right equipment for my family member. Ben smoothly guided me to the perfect solution and his Care specialist walked me through how to use the equipment. Highly recommend!
I rented a scooter from here for our trip. It was good knowing Spencer and mom didn't have to stop and wait for me and I could go go go and not get out of breath lol. Ben exemplifies everything you could ask For in a salesman. If he didn’t know the answer, he let us know, but then got to work on finding the answer for us. He listened, gave As pointers on things to consider, and we walked out, extremely pleased with our purchase of a power wheelchair. This place is great! Always have good experience here. My mother bought her power chair from here. My friend got her stair lift from here. I bought a bag for my injured hand to keep it dry while in shower. So glad this place is close to my family. Will know that as we all age, all of us can get our mobility products from them.
