She was kind during our interaction, answered questions and offered to assist us personally when we decided to come in. Today we visited the store and Nicole kept he promise and even remembered our call. Nicole did a great job with knowing her products and helping us decided on the right electric wheelchair. Buying local is important and especially with a business that cares for their customers. Good job Nicole!
