Hello one and all! I purchased my mobility chair from this company back in September 2024. Since then I have had it out on trails, shopping adventures and traveling around, have not yet had any problems. It is such a wonderful thing to be able to move myself around while shopping without assistance from others. It has given me so much FREEDOM!! I can't say enough good things about our shopping experience with Mobility Plus. With some new mobility issues having arisen in our family, we needed advice and guidance on products that would let us continue to enjoy our lives in spite of some complications. Went in to this store based on a recommendation from a family friend in the mobility and elderly care equipment business. And when we did a bit of our own research and found out that this is a veteran-owned business, that sealed the deal for us. We needed to get a pad for a knee scooter for my mom, as well as a lift chair. Mobility Plus Crestwood's customer service is top notch. I had searched for a chair online and was debating on purchasing online from another company but decided to purchase from Mobility Plus Crestwood and am so glad I did! The chair was purchased in May. They came out, set it up, showed us how to use, and off they went. Perfect. Not even a year later, our cute little terrier (ie terror) decided to chew through the wires and we needed a motor replaced as the reclining / lifting mechanism was chewed through. I called to get information about ramps, my husband is currently in rehab and not able to walk. The rehab center only gives you 24 hours notice so ramps became a priority. Tony came out to view, measure and recommend ramps that would work for my house. He told me it would take a week but it didn't take long to get both ramps in. He came out and installed one and showed me how to set up the portable ramp.
