This business deserves well over 5 stars. My client had lost the power supply to her lift chair. She called and attempted to get the necessary information over the phone; however, she was irritable and confused. The gentleman who answered the phone was SOOOOO wonderful... calm, patient, understanding, professional, and respectful. He was miraculously able to figure out exactly what she needed and gave her the very reasonable cost over the phone, in addition to having the part readily available. In September of 2023 we got a Vivalift chair for me from Mobility Plus, from seeing their TV commercials. Recently in May of 2025 we bought another one for my husband. Our past and recent experiences with Mike and Greg have shown us there are still businessmen with integrity. These men are exceptionally knowledgeable about their products, all of which are top of the line. They stand behind their products. We will sing their praises from the hilltops. Very highly recommend!

We got a chair lift for our circular stairs from Mobility Plus and love it! I have bad knees, and it made them feel better using the chair. The guys are wonderful!

Mike and Greg are great to work with. We cannot say enough good things about them. They repaired my wife’s Metro Mobility scooter while we went to breakfast. Very fast. Very friendly. 5 is not high enough.

Top quality lift chair. Exactly what we're were looking for. We couldn't find it in Fort Wayne, but we found it at "Mobility Plus" in Columbia City. Top quality service Very professional, they were so helpful to help us get what we were needing. We will definitely recommend them to others. Very nice to work with .
