Bad customer service. Over the course of 3 days have called numerous times, nobody answers phone. Left numerous messages requesting a callback...nothing. How do you do business with someone you can't contact? Website did say store was open on all the days that calls were attempted.

Super nice gals! The whole process of reserving, picking up and returning the wheelchair was super easy and Amy was able to accommodate me over the holiday weekend. I appreciate you guys so much!

Have purchased two mobility scooters here. The latest one is compact and maneuvers beautifully indoors even in crowded congested environments. Our most recent dealing involved getting a lift installed .What a relief from lifting and positioning every time we needed to get the scooter into the car. Mobility Plus is a family run business with an on site mechanic who really knows his stuff. Available to help out in all situations. Would highly recommend Mobility Plus. I would not go anywhere else.

No matter the age, they got you covered here! From the minute my fiancé and I arrived it was top notch service! Jeff was quick to notice my fiancé getting out of our car out front and opened the door for her while I parked the car. By the time I got in the door, about 2mins from drop off to park, Jeff was already getting her sized up for the knee scooter we rented after she injured her ankle. My experience with Jeff, the owner of Mobility Plus was totally awesome. He answered all my questions about safety and quality of my scooter completely and honestly. I was able to try the scooter before purchasing, including loading and unloading it into my car. In the use of my scooter around my home, what he's said was found to be true. I appreciated the phone call a couple of days after purchase to see how my experience with the scooter was going.
