I am disappointed with my experience at Mobility Physical Therapy Center while my mother was receiving care following her knee replacement. Although one therapist, Jamie, was kind and helpful, we found the overall experience to be discouraging. My mother had significant stiffness in her knee, and we felt that her treatment did not include enough hands-on assessment or therapeutic massage to address her concerns. The front staff is great to work with and the therapists really understand how to help you feel better.
Referred here by my dr for serious back knots causing pain while I work and sleep. I will say this was not personalized at all.. two stars only because of the young guy that helped me after a group.. that I thought was supposed to be my appointment, get there it’s a group with two older women. was also told by the main guy that this is a problem I’ll have to deal with forever. Didn’t even bother looking at my knots, gave me a generic list of stretches, and that’s it.
Wow super impressed. I been doing back stuff for over 15 years now and they are on point Really like how they setup there programs both individual and group. An enormous improvement from the first time I came here. Extremely happy so far
