The front staff is great to work with and the therapists really understand how to help you feel better.
Referred here by my dr for serious back knots causing pain while I work and sleep. I will say this was not personalized at all.. two stars only because of the young guy that helped me after a group.. that I thought was supposed to be my appointment, get there it’s a group with two older women. was also told by the main guy that this is a problem I’ll have to deal with forever. Didn’t even bother looking at my knots, gave me a generic list of stretches, and that’s it.
Wow super impressed. I been doing back stuff for over 15 years now and they are on point Really like how they setup there programs both individual and group. An enormous improvement from the first time I came here. Extremely happy so far
I had some shoulder pain and tendonitis on my dominant arm that had been plaguing me for half a year and within a month of working with Matt and his team it was all cleared up. I also ended up improving my mobility that I had had difficulty with in my shoulders for the last couple of years, even without pain. was a bit fearful and reluctant to start treatment, after evaluation and now onto my 3rd weekly visit I can say that strength building exercises and my range of motion has had a positive result! Its not easy, you have to put the effort in; but here at Mobility- you are in good hands. The manager Jon, and every PTA is kind, and gentle.
