Helpful, responsive, available. Dallas Crum helped us locate a very nice vehicle, sending us lots of inventory for months until the right one turned up. There was some price negotiation, but it's difficult to do that when the dealer is providing a scarce commodity. The new Littleton location is very nice, although we started shopping at the Denver. Also rented a vehicle for a week, which was delivered to us in Boulder, although at a price.

I purchased a vehicle from these individuals, and as a 60-year-old disabled veteran, I've bought several vehicles throughout my life. I've never had an easier, more pleasant, and faster buying experience in my life, and that's a fact. If it took me 30 minutes to go through the entire process, I'd be surprised.
