Dallas was absolutely amazing and would have been wonderful to work with. Dallas took the time to show me and my husband a few different vans available in their fleet. As both of my parents are in wheelchairs, I was hoping they'd be open to learning the different ADA conversations available through a certified dealer. We have used Mobility of DVR for a number of years. These folks are ALL ABOUT customer service. In a world that has (mostly) forgotten that customers are what keep the doors open, Justin, GM and Alex, Service Mgr., have remembered WHY their doors are open. Please walk through their "OPEN DOORS" and meet these people. They will walk you through situations that you may be having trouble navigating! Thanks again guys!
We had a great experience with Paul. He really listened to what we were looking for in a mobility van. He was patient and when we did not find what we were looking for in our first visit to Mobility of Denver, when the right van did come in, he contacted us right away and we bought it the next day. That van has changed our life and we appreciate how he was there for us. He was a really good sport as we did not make it easy for him. Thank you Paul!
Dallas is amazing to work with. He is sensitive in all of the right ways!
Paul and Dallas were amazing. From our very first email contact they worked to find us a van. Once we found the one we wanted it they worked hard to get us the financing to take it home the very next day. Would recommend to anyone looking for a wheelchair accessible vehicle!!
