We had a wonderful experience with Mobility Medical Equipment. Karen was incredibly helpful when we urgently needed to replace my grandmother’s wheelchair. Not only did she make the process smooth and stress-free during a difficult situation, she also took the time to help us choose the right replacement chair for her needs. Dave was AWESOME! I was hustling to get to the store by 2pm but IH35 and 1604 had trouble spots. I kept him updated and he said he would wait for me. Super kind and professional! Luckily, I was able to get there at 2:01pm! HUGS
I see a lot of great reviews mentioning Karen. I'm sure she is great but I called on a Saturday and David was pretty awesome too! I wasn't able to leave the house so he brought me a couple scooters to choose from, I couldn't believe the service. Friendly, knowledgeable and provided exceptional service! I highly recommend!
They really care about their customers. They’re very patient and answer all your questions. We weren’t in a good spot to purchase this time but they have a wide selection and don’t try to upsell you I will definitely come back!
