UPDATE: Aubrey is still amazing! I have been going to her for a couple years now, and I have recommended her to everyone I know. Original: Aubrey was awesome! I have been having some shoulder/neck issues, and she improved my mobility in one session. She is also very kind and attentive! Will be coming back for sure

In addition to the massage itself, she provides helpful exercises to alleviate soreness and muscle tightness between sessions. I am grateful for her expertise, especially as a very active individual.
