I’ve had a few dealings with this company. First time was with the delivery of config chair and it wasn’t even start up properly. Second time Monday 2/2/26 - they dropped a smik overlay for a trial. The guy didn’t even stay until the overlay had inflated. The only advice I was given about the overlay was just play around with the buttons. APATHETIC. I recently had to purchase a new Rollator/ walker for my mother. I was greeted by Denise, (store manager) Amber and Julia who went out of there to assist me in every way as I was already stressed as it was a matter of urgency. Easy, fast booking, delivery guy was great.
Two stars are because two of the staff were polite, but that's where it stops Through my hospital I ordered among other aids a "leg lifter" from the Tugerah shop, the delivered article was nothing like the sample provided at the hospital and wasn't satisfactory at all . We took it to the Woy Woy shop detailing what we expected to be supplied as opposed to what we received.
