Easy, fast booking, delivery guy was great.
Two stars are because two of the staff were polite, but that's where it stops Through my hospital I ordered among other aids a "leg lifter" from the Tugerah shop, the delivered article was nothing like the sample provided at the hospital and wasn't satisfactory at all . We took it to the Woy Woy shop detailing what we expected to be supplied as opposed to what we received. Two staff, and (we assume ) , the manager got involved and after listening to our description of the lifter we wanted , assured us that they didn't stock ... read more
