Went out of their way to pick up my dad to take him to the hospital they arrived within 20 mins not only that we did not have oxygen and he was able to accomodate us! He made my dad feel as comfortable as he could. I would definitely call them back they didn’t just care about the money they had compassion that is rare to find.
Absolutely reliable, on time, great driver attitude, cannot say enough about Malik and his crew!
I would give this service 10 stars if I could. Malik/Mobility for Medics provides exceptional customer service with a white-glove touch. He was so attentive and professional in transporting my elderly father to and from his doctor's appointments. The level of care provided far exceeded my expectations, and I am so grateful I found Malik and Mobility for Medics. We will continue using his services in the future, without hesitation. I cannot recommend him enough!
I can't believe I have not written a review before now. I love this medical transportation service. This is thee Rolls Royce in the Medical Transportation Service field. The gentleman that came to pick me up was ultra patient and kind. I needed help with my wheelchair legs he brought in another pair so that I could continue my trip and they worked.
