Traveled to Edmonton from Ontario with my wife and elderly mother in law. My mother in-law was in need of a walker when we arrived at our hotel. Arranged with Phil (Mobility Equipment Services) to have a walker delivered to the hotel. Shortly after arriving, Phil delivered the walker right to the hotel. It was in excellent shape. Phil also offered to pick up the walker at the end of our stay but it was not really out of our way to drop it off. It was a truly hassle free arrangement at a very reasonable price

I went to Mobility Equipment Service back in the summer of 2025. I went there to get new batteries for my Trailblazer Scooter. Specifications on my Trailblazer says i can go 50 km on one charge. After the installations i could only go 5 km a day. When i mentioned it to Phil about loosing power on my scooter and it wasn't holding a charge and i knew something was wrong. This company installed a garage lift for wheelchair access to our home. Excellent service. Timely and did a terrific job of installation and clean up. Workers were friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
