Love this place and the staff. Mr. Keith and his wife are fantastic people. Michelle is an absolute delight of a person to communicate your needs with for any of your wheelchair needs. Joe is the best of the best of wheelchair techs. I've handled most of my wheelchair needs with these guys. They're fantastic! If you have a bad experience with the folks here, then you must be having a bad day.
I bought a brand new nova phoenix up Rollator. $400.00 Never used and could not return it. Terrible customer service for the disabled. Please be careful. They should be able to help people. Please take your business where people care.
I can't say enough about how much Mobility Depot, Joe and Keith have done for me. I have had three chairs from them over the past 22 years. Each one has worked perfectly for many years, and the few service calls I've needed were answered quickly and carried out professionally and as easy for me as possible. They've also sourced and installed accessories I asked them about, such as a cup holder. Joe has transported my chair for me several times due to moves or job changes. Be sure you read the fine print on their return policy. It's 48 hours. I returned a "transfer" wheelchair yesterday, which I bought on Jan 7. It was never used. Still has the tags on it. I was not offered a nickel for the return. Not even willimg to take it for a restocking fee. The owner, Mr Keith Menville, called me to explain how reasonable his return policy is, and how the circumstances I described to him were irrelevant.
