They sent me a used machine and I have been trying to get it (my oxygen tank) replaced for over a year now bcuz the yellow light keeps blinking however, they dont even have a working number.

Ordered DMEs for 2 patients. Faxed the order form. Called to confirm, no answer. Found out they went out of business. They never contacted us as a professional courtesy to tell us they are not taking orders.

I would give zero stars if I could. I am a physical therapist and this company has been a huge disappointment. They delivered the wrong equipment twice, even after confirming 3 times with the secretary, Ruthy. She is in a rush on the phone and did not even have the correct address when I asked to confirm. She told me they have the walker I needed, but the driver came with the wrong one and said those were out of stock. Oxygen ordered. No delivery. Called. No call back. They use an answering service to field their calls. Really? Sounds like someone is running a company underhanded and of course it’s the customer that suffers.
