Superior customer service! I called on Tuesday to inquire if someone could trouble shoot my brother’s recliner/lift chair. Yes! Even though the chair was purchased in California 5 years ago. A service call was scheduled the next day with a service window of 2-5 pm. John, the technician called in advance and arrived at 2 pm. After a reasonable amount of time we discussed repair options but then determined that perhaps a new chair would be the best solution. I was recently in need of a lift chair and Mobility City was there for me. Heather was wonderful in explaining the rental services and setting up a timely delivery. This was a life saver for me. I initially rented a chair for a month and then went to the store to purchase one of my own. Again, Heather was right there working with me, answering questions and facilitating the chair purchase. Purchases a reclining/lift chair on 09/30/25 from this business. Store Manager/Business Owner was very pleasant to work with and patient. Delivery and setup was included in price. Delivery person was polite and appropriate. He was able to "forward think" and put the chair in the ideal location. I recommend and would return to this Business in the future.

Wonderful place with good products and good prices and helpful people. I ended up purchasing a different wheelchair than I had gone there to see. It was a lower price and smoother ride than my first choice. The ZiiLif-X1 electric wheelchair is made in Columbus, OH. I love buying local and easy for repairs and parts. So glad they suggested it. So many people have asked about, so I have been recommending Mobility City to everyone.
