We went in today with the hopes of renting a scooter for my brother who has cerebral palsy. Sarah was so helpful and knowledgeable that instead of renting we actually purchased a motorized wheelchair for my brother. Sarah took the time to show us the ins and outs of the wheelchair and explained all of the warranties including the truth in costs of a new lithium battery when needed. I would highly recommend and ask for Sarah if you can!
They go above and beyond! Exceptional service and very kind. The service man fixed my mother's lift chair quickly. Very happy and will always come back.
I recently rented a scooter from Mobility City for my mom to attend a two day car show. When the rental place at the venue was sold out, I called Mobility City on Thursday to see if they had any availability and Heather was quick to say they had one and we could pick it up that day! this place is incredible not only very reasonably priced the entire staff is very helpful the service tech reggie even came out in the parking lot when he must have noticed i was having problems getting my scooter to my lift and then issues with my lift i have never seen som one come out of there store to help even after the sale / repair is complete
