Superior customer service! I called on Tuesday to inquire if someone could trouble shoot my brother’s recliner/lift chair. Yes! Even though the chair was purchased in California 5 years ago. A service call was scheduled the next day with a service window of 2-5 pm. John, the technician called in advance and arrived at 2 pm. After a reasonable amount of time we discussed repair options but then determined that perhaps a new chair would be the best solution. Purchases a reclining/lift chair on 09/30/25 from this business. Store Manager/Business Owner was very pleasant to work with and patient. Delivery and setup was included in price. Delivery person was polite and appropriate. He was able to "forward think" and put the chair in the ideal location. I recommend and would return to this Business in the future.
Antoine delivered my order today and I have to say he was very professional and pleasant. We had a nice conversation and he answered a few questions for me.
I called from Baltimore Maryland on July 18, 2025 about renting a scooter the Young lady, I spoke to was very considerate didn’t mind me asking questions I told her what hotel I would be staying in at and how far was it from her rental office she explain everything to me I called a couple of days before my arrival gave her the time I would be there and my scooter was there they made a mistake and sent me the wrong scooter I called her and she took care of it immediately When I received the scooter had some questions very pa... read more
