Maureen answered all my questions over the phone & arranged same day delivery of a lift chair/recliner to assist my husband in sitting & sleeping after having had a major back surgery. Superior customer service! I called on Tuesday to inquire if someone could trouble shoot my brother’s recliner/lift chair. Yes! Even though the chair was purchased in California 5 years ago. A service call was scheduled the next day with a service window of 2-5 pm. John, the technician called in advance and arrived at 2 pm. After a reasonable amount of time we discussed repair options but then determined that perhaps a new chair would be the best solution. Recently had knee replacement surgery, which but resulted in more than normal cutting of the muscles. Took a chance and called Mobility City. They had the chair I wanted in stock and promptly delivered it this morning. Will definitely do business with them again.
My mom and I rented a scooter for a music festival, and then we ended up buying one from them when we returned the rental. The staff here are great, and very helpful in picking out something that works. We were able to rent/buy something that actually fit into my partner's small car, and it definitely saved me from joint pain during the festival. I can't wait to see how much it'll help me in my everyday life.
