Highly recommend this company as they offer TOP KNOTCH customer service! Maureen answered all my questions over the phone & arranged same day delivery of a lift chair/recliner to assist my husband in sitting & sleeping after having had a major back surgery. Steven delivered the same afternoon, moved our existing recliner to our sun porch, installed the new lift recliner & took the time on how to operate & its features. This is the 1st & only company I called as they were able to accommodate our needs quickly. We rented for a... read more

Recently had knee replacement surgery, which but resulted in more than normal cutting of the muscles. Took a chance and called Mobility City. They had the chair I wanted in stock and promptly delivered it this morning. Will definitely do business with them again.

Mobility City went above and beyond during my recovery from meniscus surgery. Maureen, who helped me over the phone, was incredibly kind, patient, and made recommendations based on my needs. I needed Steven of Columbus Mobility City to fix my lift chair control, and while here helped me pick out and delivered a scooter that will fit in my house and street! I need a new hip and can not walk very far on my left leg. He explained everything to me, adjusted it.. tried it out in my house and it is ready to roll. Now I can get out of my house and enjoy the summer air and sun! I just came home this week from a nursing home rehab I was at 6 weeks and face surgery on hip in August. Thank you Steve! Great employee to hav... read more

BEST scooter rental in Columbus. Heather, Maureen, Don, Artem (tech) all go above and beyond what is normally expected. I only use Mobility when visiting Columbus. They are reliable, dependable, and quickly change any issue so it’s a positive experience. Thank you so very much everyone for making my travels much easier. Don’t waste your time going anywhere but Mobility City. They are the Wagyu of Scooter Sales and Rentals.
