I had a fantastic experience with mobility plus. I needed a very lightweight wheelchair because I had to lift it in and out of my car regularly. The owner went above and beyond to help me. She actually took one of the wheelchairs from their sales inventory and rented it to me so I could have something light enough to manage.

Obi was great to work with. She’s very knowledgeable about the equipment she sells. Was very accommodating to are needs. Highly recommend.

I could not for the life of me get my shower chair together. I called Mobility City and got no answer, but, a young lady called me back right away. I explained my situation and she told me to come in. Cesar and Manaoba put it together with no hassle and no questions asked. And had the nerve not to charge me !!! I appreciate them soooo much. Thank you all . And Obi thank you so much for calling me back.

I was looking to move my brother to be closer to me and a quick call to Mobility City got me connected to Obi and they were absolutely wonderful on getting everything scheduled. On the day of the move. Caesar and Manoba were wonderful and courteous. Nothing but professional the entire way through and they set up his bed at his new house and gave some pointers to keep things secure and safe for him! 10/10. Had mobility city just repair our hospital bed, will use these folks every time very good and quick.would never use or suggest mobilus , they never responded after about 6 months end of story.
