Went to store last Thursday to get a motorized wheelchair for friend. Tyrone was incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable, & did a great job of managing multiple clients at the same time. Would highly recommend this location for your mobility needs. Went in looking for one, & actually ended up purchasing a second- not at all because of pushy sales, but because there was a great selection that we were able to try out & see the different benefits of. Tyrone and his Miguel in P.B.G.. we're able to educate me in recliners. I am very large and in constant pain . Trying to push my body weight up in the incorrect recliner was making matters worse. Once Tyrone showed me a Standing Lift Chair, immediately I felt a tremendous difference. Now I am a satisfied consumer, not only does my chair stand me completely up, with the touch of a remote, I can use the built in massager included. A spa at home! Great knowledgeable staff and less doctor bills for me
If I do business with anyone it will be with Tyrone at Mobility City. He is the owner and a really nice guy who knows how to take care of his business through excellent customer service. He spent 20 minutes on the phone with me and didn’t make a single dime but he impressed me to the point that when I do need someone it will be with him . Thanks Tyrone Frank Allison
