Have been to this store 3 times. First two times were great experiences. However, the third time was not. Walked in with the intentions of purchasing a wheelchair carrier to have installed another day, walked out without purchasing anything. Will not be back for a while if this is the service that happens when people are trying to make sure they're buying the right thing.

The medical supply company i usually go to didn’t have what I needed. I googled medical supply near me and found Mobility City! Service was great and loved the choices available ❤️Definitely will be back. Highly recommended ✨Thank you Krystal

Mobility City makes things so easy for their customers!!! I’ve rented two scooters for various events for family and purchased one scooter from them. Top notch service!

I rented a power wheelchair at Mobility. Krystal was very nice and helpful. They delivered the wheelchair right on time and the return was just as easy. In the week that I had the chair I only had to charge the battery once. It made my ability to enjoy the cook off and a night at the Rodeo. I will definitely go to Mobility again for my next trip.

I had a very bad experience; they brought me a bed with a dent. The mattress caused serious problems for my husband; the air mattress did not work at all, it was very hard, even though in the lowest level. I spoke with them asking the to change the mattress but they did not help me, they wanted me to buy another mattress, so I requested to return the bed and they just wanted to return 800dls in a purchase of 2100. They did not care about their customers, it is a shame.
