My 79 year old mom is struggling with MS and she has a per mobile F5 wheel chair. They live 6 hours from Houston and my dad could not get the charger to work. She was super helpfull and said they had one in stock for 200 dollars I sent my son to go buy it the I payed overnight charges to get it there. Wonderful customer service from start to finish! Krystal was so helpful to send pictures of the wheelchair I was looking for to ensure it was right for my child before moving forward with rental and pick up. They helped to complete forms and take payment over the phone so that I could send a family member for pick up and delivery.
