My rental experience was great. They forgot to give me a charger, but delivered it to me the same day. The repairs on my scooter was waiting on parts so they let me continue using the rental unit until my repairs are complete
Mobility worked hard to get me everything I needed to be mobile. Crystal Steven Rebecca Britney Dalton everybody else that I’ve talked to there really good people. I love them. Anything else I need from them. I will be back to them. They are amazing and I couldn’t ask for a better team at that store or anywhere else! Mobility City is my Mobile store forever!
I've been in here twice with my elderly mother and both times I was impressed with the customer service and help we received. Great recommendations on products and very knowledgeable.
