Called them out of the blue on Monday about lunchtime, We were looking for a wheelchair for my wife to use after her surgery. We had a chair in about 20 minutes after a quick conversation on the phone. Very nice people and even better the lady’s up front called me by name as soon at I walked which is a rare occasion these days!!!
Gary sold my wife who has progressive MS a used electric wheelchair in our home. He came to our home, and worked with her for over an hour trying to see if it was a fit. Reluctantly, she wrote the check. After 2 days of trying to use the thing she broke down in tears and had a nervous breakdown. We often get used wheelchairs and electric scooters donated to the Share the Will Foundation and my wife and I will clean them up, find missing parts like the charger pictured and occasionally have to get them repaired or get batteries replaced. Gary and Ginger are the first people we call because we know they will always do the right thing.
I have made several purchases from Mobility City, and I HIGHLY recommend them for all of your mobility needs. They go above and beyond to help get you set up with your particular medical need. It's a family owned business, they're there to make your life more comfortable and "portable".
