Scott and Richard came to our house today to deliver devices for my veteran girlfriend who has become disabled. They were so very kind and courteous and extremely thorough, taking time to explain the devices and to answer any questions I had. I am so grateful they are the ones that delivered to us today! I called the store and talked with Scott as I looking for a wheelchair. Scott was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping to find one for my particular needs, but it was not available in the store. Scott did not give up, he went on the extra mile trying to locate one that fits my needs. Once he found it, and before concluding my transaction, he asked if I'd ever served.
