Amazing! The employees were so helpful! These scooters saved our vacation. We will definitely be renting them again.
We acquired a Bobcat scooter that would not start. We got a new key, battery, and charger, and it still would not start. I contacted Mobility City to see if they could help. When I took it in, Jace moved a lever at the bottom and started it right up. He was fantastic about taking the time to help and not making me feel stupid for something so simple. I would definitely go back if I ever need another scooter or chair.
