I contacted Mobility City in New Orleans to rent two scooters for a visit we were planning. The whole transaction was so easy to do and when we arrived at our hotel in New Orleans the scooters were there waiting for us. They even picked them up after we left the hotel. Without the scooters we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy our trip as much. I highly recommend this company for their honesty and kindness during this whole process.
The team clearly answered all of my preservice questions patiently and professionally. The scooter was clean and in place on arrival. Stayed charged and maneuvered well once we figured out how to work the adjustments. Thanks for helping to make our girls trip happen for my niece.
