So far, they have been great. Friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Also, they didn't try to make me pay extra 'administration fees' like Ontario Sleep required.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Clean and well stocked store. Modern, easy to use equipment. The consultant explained the CPAP machine operation with easy to understand instructions. Overall, excellent 5-star experience!
Great customer service! All my questions were answered with solid advice. Well stocked store, spacious and organized.
We have been mostly happy with their service & customer service, but the last time we took my wife's scooter in they charged her $200 just to figure out the fuse needed to be changed. Checking the simple things first can save people alot of money.
