If I could give a zero star rating I would. After spending 3 hours with this business, and being assured that the wheelchair modifications my wife required wouldn't be difficult, and even agreeing to spend my own time assisting with the work, we received an email last night informing us that they did not have the "administrative or primary technician hours to continue with such a complex custom re-seating". This was nearly 6 weeks ago that we initially met with them, to find out that they are apparently too busy for us now. ... read more
Mobility Care - Perth was great to deal with when my Wife broke her ankle. They were able to help her with a mobility option that worked great for us.
Great experience at the Perth location. The professional help to find the right wheelchair for my short term time in a wheelchair was excellent. Highly recommend!
I purchased a power folding wheelchair here and Brennan and other staff I destroyed with were very knowledgeable and helpful. Answered every question and concerns I had about the wheelchair, they made a slight modification to it for me on site and even fixed my adjustable cane for me. I am very pleased with the service. I recommend them 100%
Peggy and Malcolm helped me get a hospital bed for my husband. The bed was delivered and installed the same day. After months of dealing with his medical issues I was exhausted and quite frustrated. Peggy was understanding and very helpful. We cannot thank both of them enough for their assistance at our time of great need.
