Chris, I still don't know how you could order a tub for me without my seeing it. Nor am I able to believe you had set an installation for me without clearing it through me first. However, you did. Said you did. The appointment was scheduled by you to happen on the 21st or 22nd of Feb 2023. Guess what? No one company came to my home at 6:am to install a tub already paid for.
