Brad did a great job from start to finish. We installed an Ella’s Bubbles walk in tub and removed our existing bathtub. Brad was able to save our existing tile that was still in great shape. We did encounter a problem as the tub didn’t fill up as quick as advertised. So Brad went the extra mile and installed two dedicated 3/4” lines directly to the tub. Very satisfied with the installation and quality of the product. I live in the west of Toronto and I called 5 different installers, 3 never returned my call, one installer had no idea when he would be available to do the install, but this fella promptly called me back, and gave me an appointment in less than 2 weeks. Excellent service and communication throughout the installation. Brad was incredibly patient and responsive to our elderly parents’ questions and concerns, and the new cut-out and grab bar have made their bathroom much safer and more accessible. Thank you!
Mobility Bath was great. Brad was so easy to talk to, listened to what we needed done, and gave great advice. He did an amazing job on the bathtub cut out. I would definitely recommend him for all your bathtub needs.
