good luck to anyone if you need something fixed from... faulty mobility aid ...3 month old bed already faulty... over a month has passed they still haven't fixed it no feed back from customer service on whats taking so long they say they will call they never do they will give you the run around when you call ...
Really friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Update: Still the same in 2025. Good range and help in person, but email and phone support are abysmal. Sent out a wrong invoice and were slow to get back to me, and person speaking on the phone was clueless. Prices and delivery are also very steep ESPECIALLY considering their poor service, and that they are not for profit
Extremely helpful staff. Rather than trying to sell us a brand new wheelchair, they recommended repairing the foot of the wheelchair (the rest of the wheelchair is in perfect condition)
