I called the company to buy a PX 4 scooter. I asked for a written quote. They sent me one and on it it stated Lithium batteries. And that was what I wanted. I decided on those grounds to buy it. When i spoke to Rebbeca I discussed over the phone and spoke in detail checking the items of the quote including the battery's. She agreed to everything on the quote including lithium batteries. I needed some boxes and a charger for my wheelchair. I called Vickie the retail manager at their store in London, Ontario. The service and care I got from Vickie and her team was superlative, I did not know that people like them still existed. Thank you Vickie and team. You guys are the best. Wish I could give stars.
