I'm writing this review on behalf of my friend, the following information is true and any customer of this business should be fully aware of their policies. About a month ago the bearings or bushings in my friends wheelchair had seized and for all intents and purposes his machine became all but inoperable . He called mobility first as instructed , and had to order the parts . I went in to Mobility 1st Ltd. to replace a bolt for my Easyfold electric wheelchair. The bolt was from my one armrest. My wheelchair was purchased there in 2019 and it has been a trusted friend and aid for my mobility over these years. It is a remarkable chair which folds up and can be rolled into a vehicle easily. Today we visited Mobility 1st in London to have a broken key removed from our mobility scooter. They were very busy when we arrived but Eric from the service department said he would take a look at our scooter in our car. He tried to extract the broken key removed. He didn’t have the best situation to help us but he tried to. We left the scooter there and would return the next day. We live 120 km from this store and it would mean another long trip.
