Dealt with Patricia, negotiated a price and set everything up. Was told to contact her after a specific time on the day before the medical procedure to make payment and confirm details of the ride. Tried to reach her via phone and text messages several times. No response. Canceled the trip and found an alternative ride. Would not use again nor would I recommend the service. If communication is not working, why would I think the ride would be dependable?

Their rates are reasonable. Patricia, who set things up for me and Julio, my driver, were extremely professional. The vehicle was so clean, it could have just come off the showroom floor. Best of all, they were on time for both dropping me off and picking me up. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

The company provides a waiting service and accompanies you to your colonoscopy if necessary, for example...if you go to a doctor's appointment and they need to support you, they also do so
