Worst Experience Ever. I had a confirmed delivery date and waited the entire day — no one showed up. Not even a call. Then, at the end of the day, they had the nerve to send me a text saying they were rescheduling for the next day. Seriously? Do they think people just sit around waiting for them all day? Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. When you tried to get an exchange or refund, they are unreachable. Purchase, contact communications and delivery booking were easy and done very quickly. The delivery service was excellent with great customer service and arrived right on time. Very satisfied with my purchase and delivery.
