Initial delivery revealed one of the 5 pieces was incorrect. Mobilia made it right and delivered the fifth piece today. LOVE the quality, look and comfort of the sofa set.
My wife and I were looking for a sectional sofa and visited several stores. Even though we did find lower prices elsewhere, we chose to return to Mobilia because of the outstanding customer service we received. Hadis, our sales rep, Shut up was exceptionally patient, kind, and knowledgeable. There were no hidden surprises, everything was clearly explained before the purchase. Starts off well and friendly, but don't expect that to continue after they get your money! If you call for status on your order, if your sales person is away the person answering will RUDELY tell you to call back when the salesperson returns as in how dare you waste their time! IF you pick it up, let me tell you the warehouse staff won't help you at all, and will load the couch out of reach while telling you NOT to step a foot inside so you have to DRAG your new couch into your reach.
