I have been a customer of Mobilia for 15 years. The company used to have an excellent customer service from purchase to delivery and the after sale service. After the pandemic I don't know if the owners have changed, I'm really waiting that they go out of business. The level of disrespect is unprecedented. The turning policy is the worst. You have 3 business days from the day of purchase to cancel and that is prior to receiving the furniture otherwise you are stuck with it. The quality has significantly decreased. Cheli is very thorough on the order. She also assisted with checking the delivery status. Delivery was quick and they let you know when they will arrive with an app. I would definitely recommend Mobilia
We initially had an amazing experience at Mobilia, and a big part of that was thanks to Reza. He provided amazing service and helped us select a beautiful, cohesive collection of furniture for our new home. He really took the time to understand our style, space, and needs, and his taste and attention to detail were excellent.
