Starts off well and friendly, but don't expect that to continue after they get your money! If you call for status on your order, if your sales person is away the person answering will RUDELY tell you to call back when the salesperson returns as in how dare you waste their time! Sales is great, installation was amazing, but their warehouse delayed our shipment once, got the shipment wrong the second time, and the manager (Arnold) does not even have the courtesy to call and explain the situation, even when we specifically asked for him. I'd give this place a 1 star if it wasn't for the good sales service and quick post delivery installation.
