I would give this store zero star if I could. I scheduled my furniture delivery weeks in advance for a morning time slot, the delivery team never showed up. When I tried calling the distribution centre, no one answered. I left a message, no one return your call. I tried reaching the store where I purchased the sofa, the phone just rang and rang. The salesperson told me I’d be able to track my delivery, but the tracking was never updated and is completely useless. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. ... read more
Mobilia always has beautiful stuffs! Sales consultant, Cheli is amazing to work with! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. She took the time to understand what we needed and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for her!
The delivery team was exceptional. They were efficient and polite. Got things set up properly and did an impeccable job of cleaning up. They worked hard and with a smile inspite of it being one of the coldest days of the year!
My purchase experience and process was excellent, sales rep Calvin was very professional and do follow up phone call, delivery crew was very professional with the delivery and set up of my table, we are very happy with our purchase and table looks beautiful, will definity recommend Mobilia.
Garbage furniture and even worse people to deal with. Athor the service manager won’t even let us speak on the phone. The rudest most disgusting person I have ever dealt with. She yelled at my wife and myself and hung up the phone on us. I am a customer who spent 5000$ and get treated like I’m some stranger from the street and spoken down too. This situation is not over. We will be taking you to COURT!!!
