I got my Samsung fixed no longer then a month ago and my screen doesn’t work anymore absolutely unacceptable spent 345$ for nothing I want a refund
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE Was charged $180 to end up with a bricked phone within a week. Went back for refund and was denied

0/5 - the person “fixing” my broken phone screen further broke my phone and it was completely unusable. I live 1.5 hours away so I reached out via email after having to get a new phone unexpectedly due to his error. I emailed customer service numerous times and have only gotten one email back, he will no longer respond after me sending proof of transaction and requesting a refund. It has been over a month! He charged us $200 which more than double what I have paid for a screen repair in the past. Go anywhere else but here!
