I used Rob's services for a pre-purchase inspection. I was purchasing from a dealer in Texas and live states away. Rob was prompt, courteous, and professional. He provided exceptional service and immediate feedback, which gave me the confidence to proceed with the purchase of a vehicle. I give Rob an A+.
Steer Clear of Rob from Mobileworks. Very rude. I was referred to him and he started off by calling me a liar on the price I was quoted. He is 50% more than most inspectors. After I explained to him the price I was quote, then he want to be a keyboard warrior and try to be aggressive. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself a bunch of headaches.
I've been using Rob's service with Mobileworks for 7 years now, he works on all of our vehicles and comes to our home. Very convenient and he is a pleasure to work with, very professional and a pleasant attitude. He is extremely knowledgeable about all vehicles and does in depth training and continuing education to keep up with the updates. Super nice guy, but it took over a month to hear back for my estimate. I unfortunately had to go with someone else due to my timeline and lack of communication.
Rob was great! He did a pre-buy inspection for me and I ended up buying the car. I immediately took it to the dealership to have them check it as well and they were impressed with his report. The service tech said he was right on the money. I will be using Rob again for the next car I buy!
