We just had our front tires changed by this company. We live in Carleton Place, so a bit far. It's a Sunday and there is nothing close to us open and mobile. The rate Titanium Tires charged us was lower than what other companies were asking. This company has their own trucks/employees and doesn't just contract the work out, so you get accurate pricing, answers on timing and excellent service. Got my tires changed in May 2026, within 1 week my rim cap fell off as was not properly installed by technician after the tire change. I checked all other rim caps and some were lose which I properly secured. I emailed them about this matter several times and they never got back to me. I would not recommend getting any service done by them as they just want your money and don’t care about the service.
