I know this store has a lot of good reviews, but I had a pretty terrible experience there today. I showed up this morning and tried to get in but both the main door and a nearby door were locked. Called the old number and the new number, sent a text, and called again after about 10 mins. Still have not received a text reply. I also sat there for another 10-15 while I was trying to find a new shop and didn't see anyone in the store despite the sign saying they're open.
