These guys should get a 6 star review. We purchased a new 2022 Wildwood Grand Lodge in August of 2022. We are full timers. A few days in we noticed the shower was leaking on the floor and under the trailer. After a long battle between the dealership, we contacted Mobile Tech RV. The team was very professional. They accepted a tough job of having to completely remove the shower, fix the sloppy work performed by the factory, and put it all back together. Hands down the best service and care I've received since I joined the RV/mobile van community. I had a problem with an on demand propane water heater that four people worked on and could not get hot water running. Contrary to industry standards, being that I work out of a custom van, I cannot just leave my van somewhere for weeks so that someone can look at it. We called Dave from Mobile Tech RV Repair concerning an electrical issue in our fifth wheel. Dave was extremely helpful, patient and very knowledgable about the electrical system in RVs. During our phone conversation, he helped me try to diagnose the problem and pinpointed a possible cause of our issue.
