Clement is a pleasant ,friendly man who was easy to work with. We traveled 3 1/2 hours (one way) to purchase a skid loader ,that was not real familiar to him.After delivering it to us ,he stated that if there were any issues, to contact him. The process took several weeks, but there were things that needed to be addressed. Once they were settled, he offered to reimburse us for the cost of repairs.
