Jordan helped me out so much when I was stuck in a situation with my car they helped me out when no one else would they were kind, respectful, helpful and I am amazed at the customer service….if you need a mobile mechanic this company is who you need to call…..
The mechanic came and installed my thermostat. I noticed my car was noting getting to operating temperature and I had no heat on the subzero temperature days. The mechanic also did not check for air pockets after adding coolant. I complained to the owner Jordan and he tried to sell me diagnostics for 417 bucks instead of making the previous mechanic come back to check his work on my vehicle, after all they claim to have a 30 day warranty with service. We’re about 5 hours from home and our car stopped shifting I found these guys and gave them call! “Joe” was out to help with in the hour it was almost 9pm at this time and snowing ! We had a little hiccup with the part which resulted to him staying till almost midnight(most people won’t even come out this late ) !!! but he assured us he’d be back in the morning to get it working and he did ! Being a business owner myself and knowing that customers can ask a million questions, which I'm absolutely fine with, I called mobilemechanics and asked Jordan 2 million questions and he took the time, on a Sunday, to answer any questions and concerns I had.
