Purchased an exterior combination front door and storm door. First order arrived damaged, not Mobile Home Parts Depot's fault, shipping carrier damaged the door. Contacted Steve and he took care of it immediately. Replacement order arrived safely and will purchase from Mobile Home Depot in the future. AAA+++++++

Purchased a replacement vinyl window and it arrived damaged. The damage clearly occurred because the window was either shipped with the lower sash unlocked or it became unlocked while in transit. This allowed the window to slam open breaking out the lower rail of the bottom sash. The window was actually open as shown in images when unboxed. When contacting MHPD regarding this they immediately starting deflecting all responsibility (without even viewing images) and did so in a highly reactive and unprofessional way.
