My tablet battery was bulging and lifting off the glass screen. After some calling around, I came across MobileCliniq right over the Burlington line in Billerica. Amir was fantastic on the phone - he obviously knew what he was talking about, which was very encouraging. (As it so happens, I thought MobileCliniq was a mobile service but the "mobile" in their name seems to refer to mobile devices. Phenomenal!!!!! I had a crisis with my screen, it was fixed so quickly that I was shocked! Pricing seemed really fair too! Shoutout to Prabin who was extremely knowledgeable and is one of the nicest workers I've met anywhere! Customer service 10/10! Will be back in the future in case I have any technology issues in the future, this place is fantastic!!!!!
