Made an appointment for MIDNIGHT, I thought I was in for a scam because who comes in the middle of the night. Not only did they show up but they came right on time and promptly changed my oil. Within 30 minutes everything was done. The two gentlemen were kind and very helpful, I wish I had gotten their names. They even fixed an issue with my door without me asking! Will definitely be using this service again. 10/10 recommend.

I used Cara Mobile Oil Change & Auto Repair Service and the experience was excellent. They came directly to my location, arrived on time, and completed the oil change quickly and professionally. No upselling, no delays, just honest work. Very convenient and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely use their service again and recommend them to anyone who values time and quality.

I was driving on the highway and my car alerted me that there was an issue with coolant level and to stop driving. I pulled over and tried calling Volkswagen and AAA who were not helpful because it’s after hours and I am over 1 hour from home. I called Cara Auto and they came within 30 minutes to run a roadside diagnostic test and rectify the problem. Jerryl was amazing. He fixed the problem after doing thorough examination to ensure there were no leaks and he was both pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend!

Tried to get them to do swap brake pads and potentially rotors but they told me I needed to do a diagnosis. lol a diagnosis to confirm I needed the rotors. They called me and were pretty insistent about it. Got off the phone and they basically confirmed in order to avoid the diagnosis I’d have to take the wheel off myself and look at the rotor and tell them if they need to swap it.
