I used Cara Mobile Oil Change & Auto Repair Service and the experience was excellent. They came directly to my location, arrived on time, and completed the oil change quickly and professionally. I was driving on the highway and my car alerted me that there was an issue with coolant level and to stop driving. I pulled over and tried calling Volkswagen and AAA who were not helpful because it’s after hours and I am over 1 hour from home. I called Cara Auto and they came within 30 minutes to run a roadside diagnostic test and rectify the problem. Jerryl was amazing. He fixed the problem after doing thorough examination to ensure there were no leaks and he was both pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend!

Tried to get them to do swap brake pads and potentially rotors but they told me I needed to do a diagnosis. lol a diagnosis to confirm I needed the rotors. They called me and were pretty insistent about it. Got off the phone and they basically confirmed in order to avoid the diagnosis I’d have to take the wheel off myself and look at the rotor and tell them if they need to swap it.
