They spent hours “diagnosing” our vehicle, got it barely started, and then left without actually completing the repair. They missed a major issue, overlooked a hole in the intake system caused by the burnt alternator, and left the vehicle still running poorly. This is not about the company per se but its Employee David Cullen. Outstanding creativity and disposition. I called him to replace a mud flap few months ago and he ended helping me to tighten all screws around the other ones, custom cutting 2 mud flaps and adjusting everything as I wanted. Few days ago I asked for help getting other items fixed on one of my trucks and he is all about getting it done without hesitation.
